  • We offer free shipping on orders over $100
  • We run free shipping promotions from time to time. 

Delivery Estimates:

  • Once your order is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary based on various factors, including destination, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • Please use the provided tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Do let us know which countries you would like our products to be shipped to!

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • HULM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. HULM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We use USPS, UPS, FedEx for order deliveries depending on whichever one gives us the best price.
